Plot a signature set as a facet grid — plot_signature_catalog • msuiter

One panel per signature, the same COSMIC semantics as [plot_catalog_profile()].

Usage

plot_signature_catalog(matrix, columns = NULL, mode = c("share", "count"))

Arguments

matrix: An m x k numeric matrix in canonical order (k <= 20 sensible), or an [MsSignature].
columns: Column selection (default: all).
mode: "share" or "count" (see [plot_catalog_profile()]).

Value

A ggplot object.
