Per-channel scatter of an estimated profile against a reference profile with the identity line and a cosine annotation.

- estimated
m x 1 (or named vector) in canonical order.
- reference
m x 1 (or named vector), same space.
- label
Optional title (e.g. the reference signature name); the cosine is annotated automatically.
- null_p
Annotate the empirical signature-null tail probability (add-one Monte Carlo)? Default TRUE.
- null_n_draws
Draws for the null p-value (>= 200; default 5000).
- null_family
"uniform" (unrelated uniform-Dirichlet signatures, default) or "shape_conditional" (reconstruction noise conditioned on the reference profile at `burden`).
- burden
Mutation burden for the shape-conditional null (default 1000).
