Bootstrap exposure distributions for one sample

Per-signature histograms of the RAW boot draws for one sample, with the point estimate and the CI bounds marked. Requires the fit to carry the draws cube (re-run [ms_fit_bootstrap()] with `return_draws = TRUE`); without it the CI endpoints are the only stored summary and the structured error says so.

Usage

plot_boot_distribution(fit, sample = 1L, bins = 30L)

Arguments

fit

An [MsFit] produced by [ms_fit_bootstrap()].

sample

Sample name or index (one column).

bins

Histogram bin count per signature (default 30).

Value

A ggplot object.
