Coerce an HRD report to its per-sample table

All-atomic per-sample view of an `MsHrdReport`: one row per sample with the contract columns documented in [ms_hrd_report()].

Usage

An `MsHrdReport` as returned by [ms_hrd_report()].

...

Further arguments (unused; compatibility with the generic).

Value

The report's all-atomic per-sample table.
