MsBenchmark: benchmark grid results

An [MsBenchmark] stores the score table of an engine x scenario grid: one row per engine/scenario/metric with the columns `.engine`, `.scenario`, `.metric` (character) and `.estimate` (numeric), plus the benchmark `settings`. Violations raise `msuiter_error_benchmark`.
